Policies and rules

-For the reservation your card will be charged a deposit equal to your first nights stay.

-Under 29 day visits you must notify the park within 48 hours/2 days of check in date for cancellation. Cancellations should be before 5 PM and called in.

-Failing to cancel within this time frame, we will not return deposit and you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee.

-Early departures will not get refunded their deposit.

Must check in during business hours. Please call to arrange after hours check in.

• We welcome all types of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-up campers. Our sites are also built to accommodate all sizes of RVs.
• We also have tent sites available to rent.
• We limit 4 Adults per RV to avoid any issues
• We limit each RV spot to 1 vehicle

Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 7 AM. Please be courteous and respectful of your neighbors. No running vehicles for long periods. If loud behavior becomes habit after hours you can and will be asked to leave.

Yes! Coyote Gulch is pet friendly! All pets must be kept on a leash and not left outside unattended.

We do NOT allow open fires. You ARE allowed to have a contained fire pit.
